What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is best described as a discipline that supports an individual’s desire to change, and to create a better life for themselves.

Life coaching will give you the confidence and ability to move forward in a positive way in the areas of life where you crave change. 

Coaching sessions usually take the form of conversations and during these conversations I’ll use a combination of observation, questioning, listening and feedback to assist your learning and progress.

Coaching borrows from psychology, philosophy, religion, spirituality, as well as other schools of thought such as Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) and Shamanic Healing.

As a Life Coach, I can help you clarify your values and needs. This frees you to begin setting realistic goals and work towards creating your ideal future.
